After a very successful April Sale at Ocala Breeders’ Sales where numerous records were broken, it is now preparing for its June Sale.
“We are looking forward to the OBS June Sale picking up where the OBS March and OBS April Sales left off,” said OBS president Tom Ventura. “The OBS 2-year-old sale season has been strong so far and we hope it continues. Once again, top sires are well represented with offspring in the sale and with over 700 horses in the catalog, a buyer should be able to find a horse that meets their criteria and budget.”
Ventura noted that the June Sale has produced such runners as two-time Breeders’ Cup winner Goldencents, Queen’s Plate winner Sir Dudley Diggs, Grade-1 winner and millionaire Celestine and Haveyougoneaway, the champion New York-bred filly of 2016.
Under tack shows will begin June 7 with hip numbers 1-200, June 8 (hip numbers 201-400), June 9 (hip numbers 401-600) and June 10 hip numbers 601-696 plus supplements).

The sale begins June 13 featuring hip numbers 1-374 and June 14 with hip numbers 375-694.
Sales sessions begin at 10:30 a.m. each day.
