Agnes Merle Grice, 92 of Ocala, FL passed away on Wed, May 9th at the Estelle Hospice House. Merle was born in Geneva, AL and moved to Ocala after Lester retired from the Air Force. Merle enjoyed fishing, camping and gardening, most of all spending time with her family. Merle is preceded in death by her devoted husband Lester of 74 years. She is survived by daughter- Mary Katherine Brewer(Jerry) of Freeport, FL., daughter- Jennifer Bettis(Wayne) of Ocala, FL., grandchildren- Tami McCabe(Joe), James Norris, Lesley Dunn(Troy), Skyla Govier(Tom), R. Wade Brown(Renee), 13 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, May 12th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd. A celebration of Merle’s life will be at a later date.
