The event, which was the first of its kind, was presented by Ocala Electric Utility as a fundraiser benefiting the Marion Cultural Alliance (MCA).

For supporters who offered donations but chose not to rappel, Over the Edge, the organization hosting the event, honored their donations by recognizing them as part of the “Chick-n Coop.”

A multitude of organizations took part in the fun, including representatives from StateFarm, the Florida Public Relations Association, Papa Pineapples, and Ocala Style Magazine, to name a few.

If you missed out on the event, you can still help support the Marion Cultural alliance by donating to the organization here.
