Ocklawaha woman nabbed on trespassing charge again while checking out property

Nicole Monique Robinson

An Ocklawaha woman was jailed Thursday night after returning to a property she had been trespassed from.

A Marion County sheriff’s deputies was called to the property, located at 12351 SE 114st St. in Ocklawaha, and when he arrived, he spoke with 37-year-old Nicole Monique Robinson. The deputy ran a computer check which showed that Robinson had been trespassed from the property, a sheriff’s office report states.

When questioned, Robinson told the deputy that she knew she wasn’t allowed on the property. But she said she came back to it to see if it was safe for her children to come to, the report says.

Robinson, who listed her address as 12351 SE 144th St. in Ocklawaha, was taken into custody and transported to the Marion County Jail, where she was charged with trespassing after being warned. She was being held on $500 bond and is due in court on July 10 at 1 p.m.
