A new non-profit is planning to host an event to promote religious freedom at a local restaurant. The Ocala Artist Bonanza, which will take place on July 11 from 6 to 9 p.m., is the kick-off event for Rejecting Chains. The event will be held at Feta Mediterranean Cuisine (306 N. Broadway St) and will feature several local artists and musicians.
Rejecting Chains mission statement is to help men and women break the chains of negative religious environments.
Admission is by donation and the suggested amount is $5.
Appetizers will be provided by Feta Mediterranean Cuisine.
