The Appleton Museum, located at 4333 E Silver Springs Blvd, will host a Museum Day on Saturday, July 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All ages are invited to enjoy the permanent collection, special exhibitions, and ARTSpace with free admission all day.
Appleton members, who always receive free admission, are encouraged to to bring nonmember friends!
The education department will also host an open house where visitors can see art-making demonstrations in the studios, plein air painting in the courtyard, meet the staff and teachers, and have the opportunity to create some art.
