An Ocala man was jailed Monday after trespassing at Ocala Wal-Mart twice in the same day.
An Ocala Police officer spoke with the manager of the store, located at 2600 SW 19th Avenue Rd., who said he had spotted 69-year-old Rudy Frank on the property.
He told the officer that Frank previously had been trespassed from the store.
After the manager provided the officer with a copy of the trespass warning that was issued earlier on Monday, he made contact with Frank in the automotive section of the store. He was taken into custody, placed in handcuffs and transported to the Marion County Jail, where he was charged with trespassing on property after warning.
Frank was being held on $500 bond and is due in court Aug. 5 at 1 p.m. to answer to the charge. He also was arrested in September 2017 on a charge of grand theft.
