Marion County Utilities has rescinded a precautionary boil water notice for 174 customers in the Salt Springs community due to a water main line repair.
Utilities has recorded the mandated number of successful bacteriological surveys to deem the water safe to drink and thereby has lifted the boil water notice for this community.
Residents are being notified via door tag, interactive community notification calls, media release and social media. Customers with questions should call Utilities’ customer service line at 352-307-6000.
