A local business owner is practicing what she preaches after using Fitkitmeal, a local company that offers meal preparation and delivery services in Ocala, to help her lose and keep off 95 pounds.
Crystal Winslett Kirkland and her husband Mike Kirkland starting the company to plan, prep, cook, and deliver healthy meals on a weekly basis for residents trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or live healthy, active lifestyles.
After successfully losing the weight, Crystal has kept it off for three years by adhering to her meal preparation regimen.
