The Junior League of Ocala is hosting a public forum for the public to get to know political candidates ahead of the upcoming election. The question and answer style forum will be held at the Brick City Center for the Arts (23 SW broadway St.) on Wednesday, August 28 from 5:30 – 7: 00 p.m.
Members of the Junior League of Ocala will ask questions concerning how the candidates plan on assisting the community if they are elected, specifically regarding women and children within Ocala.
Wesley Wilcox will be attending, along with members of his office, to assist with voter registration and answer questions about precincts.
A meet and greet with all of the candidates in attendance will be held before and after the forum.
