‘Famous Horsey’ yard sale coming back to Tack Shack on Sept 28

The Famous Horsey yard sale is coming back to the Tack Shack for a two-day event later this month.

The two-day sale will take place at 481 SW 60th Ave on Saturday and Sunday, September 28 and 29. On Saturday, the sale will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., while on Sunday the hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Marion County Humane Society will be on site from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

For vendors interested in participating in the sale, the cost is $15 per car load for a 10×10 space. Those who set up on Saturday will receive a coupon to set up for free on Sunday. Vendors are not allowed to sell out of trailers, trucks, or cars. For more information and details about how to participate as a vendor, visit the Famous Horsey Yard Sale Facebook page.

All proceeds benefit The Horse Capital Club. The club will be at the event selling breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, coffee, cold drinks and snacks.
