Sholom Park will celebrate its 15-year anniversary with another installment of their Learn, Explore, Appreciate, Focus (LEAF) series.

The park will host the celebration on Friday, October 11, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This installment of the LEAF Series will feature Robert Colen, who will tell the history of Sholom Park and will share information on current projects and future plans for the park. The event will also feature a tree-planting ceremony to honor Mr. and Mrs. Colen.

The park, which opened its gates to the public on Friday, October 17th, 2004, was Ina Colen’s vision to create a place to find inner peace for all who visit. Read more about the history behind the park by visiting the Sholom Park website.
