The Ocala Cannibals, a local, all-female roller derby group, will host their annual Toys for Tots scrimmage on Sunday, December 8, from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The event, which will take place at Skate Mania (5461 SE Maricamp Rd), is $8 to attend (if paid in advance) or $10 to attend if paid at the door. Tickets at the door are half off if a new, unwrapped toy is included.
The holiday scrimmage is open to all ages and genders. Doors open for the event at 5:00 p.m., with the bout taking place at 6:00 p.m. Kids age 12 and under receive free admission. Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair for close, track side seating.
