The owners of The Lodge will soon expand operations at their downtown Ocala location.
The Lodge Brick City Craft Pub & Eatery currently occupies the first floor of its location at 36 SE Magnolia Avenue. This week, owners Bryan and Corin Caracciolo announced via social media that they would be taking over the top two floors of the building in order to expand the current business.
“We are going to be announcing soon what we have coming. There’s many great things to come,” said Bryan Caracciolo through a video posted in conjunction with Ocala Main Street and Angie Lester of Boyd Real Estate.
The company posted the following photo on their Facebook page teasing the expansion with the phrase “Coming Soon.”
The floors are currently occupied by Moy Media, a local digital marketing agency managed by Alex Moy.
The changes come in light of a multitude of additional businesses and expansions that have hit downtown Ocala in recent months. The Tipsy Skipper and Mellow Mushroom announced their plans to open locations along Magnolia Avenue early next year, while Bank Street Patio Bar and The Black Sheep on Broadway both opened their doors in October.
