Toys for charity drives can be dropped off at Ocala Police Department headquarters

The Ocala Police Department’s headquarters station is serving as a drop-off location for two major toy drives.

The Ocala Police Department’s headquarters building, located at 402 S Pine Ave., is accepting new toys still in the package for the Toys for Tots drive and the Marion County Children’s Alliance Toy Drive.

The station, located at 402 S Pine Ave., will accept toys for the Toys for Tots drive and the Marion County Children’s Alliance Toy Drive. New toys still in the package can be dropped off at boxes in the front lobby.

Toys will also be collected by the Children’s Alliance along the parade route of the Ocala Christmas Parade on the night of Saturday, Dec. 14. The police department wishes to thank everyone who is participating this year in making a positive impact on families and children in the community.
