The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking area residents to help a neighboring police department catch a car thief.
The Gainesville Police Department is searching for the woman pictured at right. They believe her first name is Vickie and she is being accused of stealing two vehicles recently and crashing one of them.
Anyone with information about the crimes or the woman is asked to call Gainesville Police Detective Pinkston at (352) 393-7657.
