Umatilla woman wanted on warrant jailed after deputy says she ate meth

Andrea Nicole Fedor

An Umatilla woman who was being arrested on an outstanding warrant found herself in bigger trouble recently when she allegedly tried to ingest methamphetamine in front of a Marion County sheriff’s deputy.

The deputy reported that he was speaking with 29-year-old Andrea Nicole Fedor when she pulled a clear plastic bag out from underneath her bed. When asked what was in the bag, she said, “My prescription medication” and then started to pour the substance on a business card. The deputy told her to stop but she quickly shoved the small piece of paper into her mouth, the report says.

The deputy was able to retrieve the rest of the substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine. During a search of the residence he also found what appeared to be two vitamin Gummy Gears in her purse that field-tested positive for THC content, the report says.

Fedor, who lives at 26183 SE 159th Ln. in Umatilla, refused to speak with the deputy. She was arrested and transported to the Marion County Jail, where she was charged with possession of methamphetamine; possession of marijuana not more than 20 grams; possession or use of drug equipment; destroying, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence; and contempt of court for violating a domestic violence protection injunction. She was being held on no bond and is due in court Feb. 11 and Feb. 26.
