Due to the installation of a water filtration system in Tuscawilla Park, NE Watula Avenue, from NE Ninth Street to NE Fifth Street, will be closed beginning Monday, Feb. 24 through Friday, Feb. 28.
All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic. Construction will take place weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. During construction times, travelers may experience delays, noise, dust and heavy equipment within the project area.
Detour routes include:
- Northbound traffic: Left onto NE Fifth Street, right onto NE First Avenue, right onto NE Ninth Street, back to NE Watula Avenue.
- Southbound traffic: Right onto NE Eighth Avenue, right onto NE Third Street, back onto NE Watula Avenue.
