Belleview Burger King worker jailed after being accused of swiping $1,436.57 over two months

Sabra Flame Enslin

A Belleview Burger King employee was jailed Sunday afternoon for allegedly stealing money from the fast-food eatery over a two-month period.

Belleview Police officers took 48-year-old Sabra Flame Enslin into custody during her shift at the restaurant, located at 5609 SE Abshier Blvd. Her arrest followed a preliminary investigation that showed she allegedly had committed the offenses of grand theft and use of fraudulently obtained or false receipts from Dec. 14 of last year through Feb. 14. She is accused of stealing a total of $1,436.57 by voiding customers’ orders and taking the money, a Belleview Police report states.

When asked if she had taken money from the eatery, Enslin said, “I’ve done it. Yeah, I’ve done it a couple of times.” She was then asked what she did with the money and she responded, “I take it. I’ve done it a few times. I’m not gonna lie.”

Enslin, who lives at 11575 SE 60th Ave. in Belleview, was being held on $36,000 bond. She is due in court March 17 at 9 a.m. to answer to the 69 charges.
