The Fiery Chef has opened the doors on its new east Ocala location in hopes of serving up “Ready to Eat Meals” to the local community.
The business cut the ribbon on its new location on Friday, Feb. 28. Located at 2637 E Silver Springs Blvd. it is situated next to a new Heart of Florida Health Center currently under construction.
The Fiery Chef provides prepared meal services to individuals and businesses. Their meal plans accommodate the smallest and largest of customers. The Ready to Eat Meals feature eight-week, rotating menus that ensure that proteins are not prepared the same way throughout that time.
In addition to the popular “Ready To Eat” meals, the business offers catering services for a variety of foods including soups, salads, sandwiches and more.
According to the company’s website, The Fiery Chef began as a food blog in July 2017 while the owner, Loring Felix, was still working as the Executive Chef at Mesa de Notte, a well-known Italian restaurant in east Ocala.
