21-year-old perfume-bottle-throwing Ocala woman arrested after nasty spat

A 21-year-old Ocala woman was arrested after she allegedly threw perfume bottles at another woman during a nasty domestic spat.

Aalyaha Marie Burton-Watson was charged with simple domestic battery after the incident, which happened around 4 p.m. Monday at the residence on NW 18th Place where she and the victim live.

The victim told a Marion County sheriff’s deputy that Burton-Watson threw the bottles at her, pulled her hair and pushed her. Burton-Watson admitted to pushing the victim, according to the sheriff’s office report.

Burton-Watson was determined to be the primary aggressor and placed under arrest. She was taken to the Marion County Jail, where she was released Tuesday on $150 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Marion County Court on Aug. 4.
