Temporary lane closures expected along multiple roads in western Marion County

Motorists traveling along roadways in western Marion County can expect to find several temporary lane closures through January 2021.

SECO Energy will be using county rights-of-way to maneuver crews and equipment necessary to remove and replace existing poles and install underground electric lines.

Those roadways include:

  • NW 13th Street between the intersections of NW 210th Avenue and N. U.S. Hwy. 41;
  • NW 21st Street/NW 190th Avenue between the intersections of N. U.S. Hwy. 41 and N.W. 27th Street;
  • N.W. 225th Avenue between the intersections of N.W. 5th Street to N.W. 13th Street;
  • S.W. 5th Place between the intersections of S.W. 210th Avenue and S.W. 192nd Court;
  • S.W. 10th Street between the intersections of S.W. 210th Avenue and S.W. 220th Avenue;
  • S.W. 210th Avenue between the intersections of S.W. 10th Street and N.W. 13th Street;
  • S.W. 210th Avenue between the intersections of S.W. 36th Street and S.W. 10th Street; and
  • S.W. 220th Avenue between the intersections of S.W. 10th Street to N.W. 5th Street.

Crews will place barricades and signs to direct traffic through the work zones. Travelers should expect delays and use alternate routes when possible. Adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may affect work schedules.
