An Ocala man was arrested recently after being accused of pulling down his pants and attempting to fight people at two Marion County businesses.
Marion County sheriff’s deputies responded to Dave’s Towing and Recovery, located at 7570 W. Hwy. 318 in Reddick, after receiving a call about a disturbance. An investigation revealed that 49-year-old Donald Jerry Gordon had caused a disturbance at the towing business and again at the nearby Jim’s Bar-B-Que restaurant.
Gordon was taken into custody and transported to the Marion County Jail, where he was charged with disorderly conduct. He was being held on $1,000 bond and is due in court Aug. 5 at 1 p.m., jail records show.
