Marion sheriff searching for bandit who ripped off seven Garmin GPS units

Marion County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a thief who is accused of stealing Garmin GPS units from the Petro gas station on W. Hwy. 318.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies are searching for the man pictured above, who is accused of stealing seven Garmin GPS units from a Petro gas station recently.

After the man shown above took seven GPS units, deputies are asking residents to call them if they see someone selling the stolen items. Anyone with information about the crime or the bandit is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (352) 732-9111.’
