The City of Ocala resodded the Downtown Square recently and is asking residents to stay off it for the next couple weeks.
“In an effort to beautify the Downtown Square, we have laid down fresh sod. We are asking citizens to please stay off of the sod for the next two weeks in order to give the grass time to properly establish itself and grow,” reads the announcement posted through the Ocala Recreation and Parks department’s Facebook page.
