Ocala, Marion County deadline to request ‘Vote-by-mail’ ballot on Oct. 24

The deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot in Ocala and Marion County is Saturday, Oct. 24.

According to the Marion County Supervisor of Elections website, vote-by-mail ballots, which will be available for request until Saturday, Oct. 24 at 5 p.m., can be returned via secure drop box 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Elections Office (981 NE 16th Street).

Early voting began on Monday, October 19 throughout Marion County and saw thousands of voter line up for a chance to cast their vote for the upcoming General Election, which will see President Donald J. Trump face challenger and former Vice President Joseph Biden.
