Ocala preparing to reopen popular splash pads

Splash pads in Ocala are preparing to reopen this month.

The splash pads, located at Citizens’ Circle, 151 SE Osceola Ave. and Lillian Bryant Park, 2200 NW 17th Pl., will reopen to the public on Saturday, March 13. Both pads are free for public use and open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

Guests visiting the splash pad at Citizens’ Circle should park in the downtown parking garage located at the corner of Fort King St. and Osceola Ave.

Signage encouraging physical social distancing from others will be posted at the splash pads. Both locations have bathroom access for hand washing. Guests are encouraged to remain in familial pods, maintain a physical distance of six feet apart from other pods and wash hands frequently.
