A Silver Springs woman was arrested recently after an undercover agent with the Unified Drug Enforcement Strike Team reported that she agreed to have sex with him for $60.

The agent encountered 34-year-old Caitlain Gabriella Lami walking in the 5400 block of N.E. 29th Street. After she was placed under arrest, the agent reported finding a small clear plastic baggie in her cigarette carton that contained a white rock-like substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine and Fentanyl content, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office report states.

Lami also had two glass pipes which contained a wire mesh and burnt residue, the report says, adding that “they were the type commonly used to ingest illegal narcotics.”

Lami was transported to the Marion County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, engaging in prostitution and possession and/or use of drug equipment. She is due in court May 11 at 9 a.m., jail records show.
