To the Editor:
Parking meters do help the city and county revenue. However, are they really needed with property taxes, sale taxes, and federal taxes?
Maybe those vehicles with out-of-state or county tags should be the only ones required to pay parking meters? Since Marion County residents pay county taxes annually.
