A newly constructed set of apartment townhomes are preregistering interested residents for their downtown Ocala location.
The Tuscawilla Artpartments, which are located adjacent to Tuscawilla Park along NE Sanchez Avenue/NE 7th Avenue, have not yet announced an opening date, but have completed construction on a new set of row homes in recent weeks.
According to the leasing group, Resolute Property Management, there are 27 total units with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options. The majority of the units (15) will be 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms and will encompass between 1,276 and 1,342 square feet.
Pricing for the 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units starts at $1,195, with the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom units commanding $1,750, according to the Resolute Property Management website.
The units will include stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, parking spaces, fenced rear patios and balconies.

The apartments come in a recent residential construction boom in downtown Ocala. In May, the Ocala City Council approved the construction of over 100 new apartments for the downtown area.
