A new exhibit that focuses on magnets will be on display at the Discovery Center through the rest of the month.
Magnificent Magnets is the newest exhibit at the Discovery Center, which is located at 701 NE Sanchez Avenue. and will be on display through Saturday, July 3. The exhibit is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Magnificent Magnets encourages children to explore and tinker with the science of magnetism through a comic book themed exhibit. Participants will learn how magnets are used both in everyday life and in cutting-edge experimentation.
Admission to the Discovery Center is $8 per person, or $28 for a family of four.
