The Ocala Marion Transportation Planning Organization is now accepting applications for the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC).
The Citizens Advisory Committee encourages citizens from all areas of Marion County and its municipalities to participate collectively in providing feedback on transportation issues.
The CAC advises the Marion County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) on local transportation issues based on citizens who represent different areas around the city and county. Recommendations by the CAC are presented to the TPO’s Board.
The CAC meets on the second Tuesday of the month, when scheduled, in the Marion County Public Library, Meeting Room C, at 1:00 pm. These meetings are open to the public.
