An Ocala man is facing a cruelty towards a child charge after a mother says he hit her son in the back multiple times with a Barbie doll house.
The mother claims on July 12, 20-year-old Angel Valle battered her 14-year-old son with a barbie doll house multiple times in the back, according to the sheriff’s report.
The victim says Valle was upset because he thought the child was going to tell on him for having a girl at the house, the report states.
The mother claims Valle then grabbed a barbie doll house and began to hit the child in the back multiple times, according to the report.
A Marion County Sheriff’s deputy reported he observed small lacerations and bruising on the victim’s back.
The seven-year-old sister claims she witnessed the incident and was reported to be hesitant to speak with the deputy, the report states.
Valle claims the victim unplugged his camper, so he went outside to confront him. Valle claims the victim picked up a doll house and he pushed him causing the victim to hit the wall and the doll house to break, according to the report.
Valle was arrested and transported to the Marion County Jail with no set bond. He was charged with cruelty towards a child.
