Ocala Symphony Orchestra selling tickets for first full orchestra, on-stage performances since before COVID pandemic

The Ocala Symphony Orchestra will soon sell tickets for performances this fall at the Reilly Arts Center, marking the first full orchestra performances since February 2020.

Tickets for the Ocala Symphony Orchestra’s opening weekend performances of “Variations on Opening Night” go on sale on Tuesday, August 3 at 10 a.m.

World-renowned pianist Jasmin Arakawa will join the OSO for Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and the variation theme continues with Charles Ives’ Variations on “America” and Edward Elgar’s Enigma Variations (Variations on an Original Theme).

The concert will be the first time the full orchestra has performed together on the Reilly stage since February 2020, one month before the COVID-19 pandemic began.

Performances will take place on Saturday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 21 at 3 p.m. at the Reilly Arts Center, which is located at 500 NE 9th St. Ocala, FL 34470.

Tickets range from $15 to $40 in price and can be purchased at the Reilly Art Center website or by contacting the box office, which is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
