To the Editor:
Personally, I see no reason for Ocala to grow. There’s plenty to do here but some people insist on more. Growth brings jobs and jobs bring more people. Where are these workers supposed to live? Ocala has families living in motels because there are no rentals available and it seems like the only future housing plans are for luxury apartments these workers can’t afford. If affordable housing isn’t made available soon, workers will start moving away. And you want to try to bring in more?
