Bowl-2-Build Bowlathon to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Marion County

A bowling event to benefit the Habitat for Humanity of Marion County is coming to Ocala next week.

The 11th Annual Bowl-2-Build Bowlathon will take place on Thursday, September 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at AMF Galaxy West Lanes, located at 1818 SW 17th Street.

The event will include raffle items, a silent action, games, and a 50/50 split the pot.

The highest and lowest scores from male and female bowlers will be recognized.

All proceeds will benefit the Habitat for Humanity of Marion County Homeownership Program, which gives low-income families the opportunity of Home Ownership with affordable monthly mortgage payments.

The cost to participate is $25 per bowler and includes two games and shoes. A minimum of four and maximum of six bowlers are required for each lane. There are no refunds for tickets. All registration fees are considered donations to Habitat for Humanity of Marion County.
