On Thursday, September 16th, Judy Smith entered into rest. She was 74 years old. She was born in Moultrie, Ga. on December 20th, 1946 and resided in Ocala, Fl. for the last 32 years.
Judy was a loving wife for almost 46 years, mother and grandmother. She was vibrant and full of life and enjoyed spending time with friends and family, singing, antiques and crafting. Most of all she was a faithful Christian. She loved studying God’s word and attended church at Crossgate Church of God in Inverness, Fl.
Judy is survived by her husband Marshall Smith of Ocala,Fl., son David Aaron Smith ( Amy ) of Sumter, SC, grandchildren Lanna, Jaxson and Ansley Smith all of Sumter, SC, Sister Delores Stone ( Herbert ) of Good Hope, GA, brother Tim Stone ( Eveline ) of Valdosta, GA, sister Linda Hannah ( Wayne ) of Buford, GA as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 3 to 5 pm Tuesday, Sept. 21, followed by the funeral service at 5 p.m., at Roberts of Ocala Downtown Chapel, 606 SW 2nd Ave., Ocala, FL 34471.
