Ernest David McQuaig, Sr., 91 passed away September 25, 2021. He was born in Milford, CT to John and Georgia Mills McQuaig. He graduated from Anthony High School in 1951, while being in the National Guard and retired from Department of Transportation with the State of Florida in 1991. David married his high school sweetheart Barbara in August 4, 1951. He loved his family deeply and was an avid fisherman, hunter, and doing yard work. He is survived by his wife Barbara McQuaig; children David (Kathy) McQuaig, Jr., William (Julie) McQuaig, Beverly (Robert) Kendrick, and Mark (Sissy) McQuaig; grandchildren Nicole McQuaig, Robby Kendrick, Malllory Henry, Lindsey Lietz, Kaylor McQuaig, Miles McQuaig, and Zack McQuaig; and many great-grandchildren.
Private family service will be held at a later date.
