The semi-annual quarterly memorial service honoring local veterans is being held this weekend.
On Saturday, October 23, Ocala-Marion County Veterans Memorial Park (2601 E Fort King Street) will hold its quarterly memorial service honoring veterans who recently passed away in the community.
The service begins at 10:00 a.m. Each veteran will be recognized by name, followed by a remembrance bell, prayer, music, taps, bag pipes, and a rifle salute.
