Michigan-based Apple Truck makes a stop in Ocala on October 30

Michigan-grown apples are making the trip to Ocala at the end of the month.

Apple Truck brings its Michigan-grown apples to Rural King (2999 NW 10th Street) on October 30 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Apple varieties on offer include Paula Red, McIntosh, Honeycrisp, Jonathan, Jonagold, Rome, Ida Red, and Braeburn. They also offer half-gallons of Honeycrisp apple cider.

According to the company, all of their apples are handpicked, non-GMO, and are grown on family-owned farms.

They deliver apples across five southern states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
