The newly opened Elevation 89 offers an extensive menu that should satisfy a wide variety of restaurant-goers.
The restaurant celebrated its official grand opening this week at the Ocala International Airport, located at 1770 SW 60th Avenue, and has seen a steady flow of business professionals and residents eager to try its offerings since its soft opening earlier this month.
Perhaps the most impressive offering is the restaurant’s dinner slate, which features speciality dishes like scallops, poutine, clams, and charcuterie boards. Entrees include ribeye, braised short ribs, Osso Bucco, and beef Stroganoff, to name a few.
The restaurant also features an extensive wine list and Bourbon bar, as well as multiple others drink cocktails. Dinner dishes are available from 4 p.m. to close.
For breakfast, which is available from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., Elevation 89 features classics like eggs Benedict, omelets, pancakes, and waffles, among other dishes.
Lunch, which is available from 11 a.m. to close, showcases sandwiches and salads, burgers, tacos, and wings that are smoked, fried, and grilled with one of their nine sauces. Wings come in orders of 8, 20, and 50.
Elevation 89 is open Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m to 9 p.m., staying open one hour later on Friday and Saturday (10 p.m.). It is open for brunch on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. For brunch, reservations are recommended with seatings on the hour from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
