Salvation Army of Ocala accepting donations for Angel Tree program

The Salvation Army of Ocala is once again accepting donations for its Angel Tree program.

The local non-profit made the announcement recently that Angel Tags are available for purchase through their Ocala office.

The Salvation Army uses funds from the program to purchase new clothes and toys for millions of children across the United States who usually go without Christmas gifts.

Anonymous donors adopt “angels” for a “Christmas tradition that makes the season brighter for both the gift giver and receiver,” according to the Salvation Army.

For anyone interested in purchasing a tag, or for more information and details, call Elizabeth at 352-421-9436.

For more information on the non-profit organization, visit the Salvation Army of Ocala website or follow them on Facebook.
