A friendly sweet potato pie baking competition is being held in Ocala this weekend.
The four-hour event kicks off at 12 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, at the Ocala Sexual Assault Center located at 1010 S Pine Avenue.
In addition to the baking competition, there will also be local vendors, food trucks, and a yard sale with clothing for women, kids, and babies.
Votes will be cast for the tastiest sweet potato pie and the winner will be announced at 3 p.m.
The event aims to raise awareness of sexual assault within the community along with raising funds for sexual assault survivors.
