After being postponed earlier this month due to rain, a three-day monster truck event is rolling into Ocala in January.
The Monster Truck Nitro Tour arrives at the Bubba Raceway Park (9050 NW Gainesville Road) beginning on Friday, January 7, 2022.
The tour kicks off with an event on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. There are two events on Saturday, January 8 (1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.), with the final event on Sunday, January 9 at 2:00 p.m.
The tour dates were originally scheduled for November 5 through November 7, but an overabundance of rain in the Ocala area resulted in unsafe track conditions. All tickets purchased for the November shows will be honored at the rescheduled events.
Each event features eight distinct monster trucks competing in races and wheelie contests, and freestyle motocross riders will show off their aerial tricks.
Adult tickets (ages 13 and up) start at $23, and tickets for kids (ages 3-12) start at $15.
