Early Learning Coalition opening new learning trail in Ocala

The Early Learning Coalition of Marion County is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony next week to celebrate the grand opening of its newest learning trail in Ocala.

The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 13 at the Born Learning Trail located at Ocala Ritz Veterans Village (1126 NE 2nd Street).

According to Early Learning Coalition, the trail features researched-based games that are designed for children. Each trail has 10 signs that contain activities designed to promote parent and child interaction with early learning skills that include letter naming, rhyming, shapes, colors, using words and identifying numbers, and more.
