The conductor of the Ocala Symphony Orchestra is hosting a free discussion over coffee this week.
The ‘Coffee with the Conductor’ event will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 25 at the Marion Theatre, located at 50 S Magnolia Avenue, and will feature an in-depth discussion about the orchestra’s upcoming concert.
Conductor Matthew Wardell and Adam Volpue from Voltron Collective will talk about the pieces and composers that will be featured in next month’s concert: ‘Bowie and Glass Return.’
No ticket is needed to attend this event, and it is free and open to the public.
