Max Weinberg is bringing an interactive concert experience to Ocala later this month.
On Thursday, May 26 at 7:30 p.m., the Reilly Arts Center (500 NE 9th Street) is hosting Max Weinberg’s Jukebox, a show where audience members will help create the set list.
Weinberg is best known as the long-time drummer for Bruce Springsteen & The E Street band, and he also enjoyed a 17-year run as the house band’s drummer on Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
During the upcoming concert on the Reilly stage, Weinberg will invite the audience to choose songs in real time from a selection of over 200 classics by artists such as the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen. The selected music will then be performed by Weinberg’s four-piece band.
Tickets are currently available and range from $20 to $50. VIP private meet-and-greets are also available for $115.
