Update: According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, the woman was identified as 27-year-old Citra resident Donna Renee Kauffman. On Thursday, May 12 at 7:50 p.m., Kauffman was arrested and transported to Marion County Jail, and she is facing a misdemeanor charge for first degree petit theft (over $100 but less than $750).

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is turning to the public to help identify a pink-haired woman who is suspected of stealing numerous tools from a local O’Reilly Auto Parts store.
On Friday, April 29, the female suspect (pictured below), along with another woman and man, entered the O’Reilly Auto Parts located at 2455 SW Highway 484 in Ocala. While they were inside the store, over $400 worth of tools were stolen.
After the theft, the female suspect, along with the two other individuals, drove to a residential area. According to MCSO, the stolen items were then taken out of the boxes, and the empty boxes were tossed into a wooded area.
