Ocala Police Department offering mentorship program for 11th and 12th graders

The Ocala Police Department is offering a mentorship program for high school juniors and seniors who have an interest in law enforcement.

The police department recently wrapped up its inaugural mentorship program session, and the young participants were given the opportunity to learn first-hand what it is like to serve as a police officer.
