The City of Ocala Public Works Department has announced that it will be conducting surveys of residential and commercial sanitation customers this month.
These telephone surveys will take place on Wednesday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 15. According to the city, a random sample of calls will be made to residents and businesses from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
Customers with caller ID will see either 352-224-9053 or 352-872-7306 on their display when the survey calls are received.
The telephone surveys will be conducted by Baldrige Group, LLC, a performance-excellence consulting firm based in Sarasota, FL, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. Baldrige Group will maintain the anonymity of customers who participate in the survey, and no information will be released that would reveal their answers to the survey questions.
The city will use the responses from these surveys to gather feedback and better understand the opinions of residents regarding the city’s collection practices. These survey responses will help guide the Public Works Department in its decisions regarding sanitation collection moving forward.
